Dwayne Hunter Parker started coaching in 2020 — not with a gym, but with a mission. Six years later, that mission has a home: OTR Health Club, a premium training studio in Berlin, CT built on the belief that lasting results require real commitment. Dwayne works with two groups who mean the most to him: busy professionals who've spent years putting everyone else first, and young athletes who are just beginning to understand what their bodies and minds are capable of. For his adult clients, he builds programs designed for the long game — sustainable, structured, and built around real life. For the youth he trains, he goes beyond reps and sets. He teaches discipline, consistency, and the confidence that comes from doing hard things well. Every session at OTR carries that same standard.

Coach Lex runs two careers that have one thing in common: she genuinely loves helping people. By day she works in real estate, guiding clients through some of the biggest decisions of their lives. By night she's on the floor at OTR — and she is exactly as good at this as she is at the other one. Lex coaches a wide range of clients, from young athletes learning what their bodies are capable of, to mothers navigating one of the most physically and emotionally demanding seasons of life. As a Pre & Postnatal Certified trainer, she brings real expertise to moms at every stage — whether they're staying strong through pregnancy, rebuilding postpartum, or simply ready to lose the baby weight and feel like themselves again. The commitment it takes to excel at two demanding careers tells you everything you need to know about what she brings to the gym floor.

As OTR's Body Contouring Specialist and owner of Sculpted Beauty, she combines years of hands-on experience with a passion for non-invasive wellness and body sculpting treatments designed to support contouring, skin tightening, recovery, and confidence. Ashley believes aesthetics are not about perfection. They are about feeling good, maintaining your results, and showing up as your best self. Every treatment is personalized because no two journeys are the same. As a beginner, how do I find the right program for me?

Book a free goal-setting session. We assess your current movement, training history, and lifestyle - then match you with a coach and program designed for where you are today, not where someone else expects you to be.

Do you offer programs specifically for youth and teen athletes?

Yes. Our Youth Strength & Conditioning and Athletic Performance tracks are built for athletes ages 10-18. Programming emphasizes long-term athletic development, injury prevention, and sport-specific skill - not adult workouts shrunk down for kids.

What qualifications do your trainers have?

Our coaches hold nationally recognized strength & conditioning certifications and bring a decade of combined experience training adults and youth athletes. Specific credentials are shared on your goal-setting call.

Do you offer nutrition services along with training?

Yes - Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching is one of our five core services. It can be added to any training program or run as a stand-alone engagement when training isn't your priority right now.
